BIM Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled BIM manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects that meet industry standards. As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in implementing BIM strategies and technologies.

  • Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans
  • Ensure seamless integration of BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD)

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in BIM management, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. You will be responsible for:

  1. Generating clash reports and leading BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants
  2. Oversight of multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D)
  3. Troubleshooting issues with models and projects, ensuring timely resolution
  4. Oversight of the BIM team, providing mentorship and support to enhance team performance
  5. Providing guidance to architects on implementing appropriate BIM strategies and technologies
  6. Planning and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution
  7. Conducting training sessions on BIM processes to improve team capabilities

We require a highly motivated individual with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest BIM developments and a commitment to continual improvement. A specialist diploma in BIM or a degree in architecture is essential, along with at least 4 years of relevant experience in BIM management.

Apart from your technical skills, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as good leadership abilities, with a track record of effective team management. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills are also essential.
