Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Marina Bay Sands. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to guests, offering assistance and consultation on spa services and packages.
  • Answer telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing information and resolving guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Accurately record and manage guest bookings, ensuring that all spa services are allocated efficiently.
  • Ensure that all cash handling and administrative duties are carried out in accordance with spa and finance procedures.
  • Take ownership of guest issues and concerns, using initiative and decision-making skills to resolve problems and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the engineering department to ensure the spa area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the spa area to ensure high standards are met.
  • Maximize spa productivity, up-selling spa packages and services, and promoting the rewards program.
  • Develop strong relationships with guests, increasing their confidence and satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front-line customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate basic computer applications and handle incoming calls and enquiries.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
