Job Title: Technical Operations Lead

This position is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Leading the conceptual and detailed design of cleanroom environments, including HVAC, filtration, pressurization, airflow patterns, and contamination control strategies.
    • Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical & electrical, architectural, and process engineers.
    • Reviewing and approving design specifications, equipment selections, and technical submittals.
    • Managing risk and ensuring constructability in design decisions for cleanroom systems.
    • Oversight of installation, functional testing, and system verification of cleanroom-related systems, such as HVAC and automation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in high-tech or regulated environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of cleanroom standards, HVAC systems, commissioning best practices, and contamination control.
  • Strong command in project review software (e.g., AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks) will be an added advantage.
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
