Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Resident Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of site supervisors and RTOs, working closely with the Qualified Person (QP) to resolve design and technical issues arising from construction works.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in relevant field. They must be registered with the BCA and accredited as a Resident Engineer by IES/ACES, and be conversant in local legislation, regulations, and codes.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Manage a team of site supervisors and RTOs
- Work closely with the QP to resolve design and technical issues
- Review project drawings and specifications, and raise any discrepancies or possible problems before construction work commences
- Supervise the construction and related works, maintain quality control and ensure that works are carried out in accordance with project specifications
- Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with Building Control Act and Regulations, Codes of Practices and requirements of building authorities and government agencies
