Technical Equipment Specialist

As a Technical Equipment Specialist, you will be responsible for installation, removal, and relocation of technical equipment at customer sites. This involves verifying equipment compliance with required specifications and standards, conducting on-site repairs to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions effectively, and investigating technical problems reported by customers through remote channels.
To ensure continuous customer operations, you will prioritize and schedule field service activities based on the urgency and business impact of customer requests. You will also plan and execute on-site corrective maintenance, equipment upgrades, and proactive preventive maintenance to maintain equipment functionality and prevent potential disruptions.
In this role, you will work closely with customers to identify the underlying causes of technical issues through analysis and diagnostics. You will guide customers through problem-solving steps and provide remote assistance for issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Field Service Engineer
- Min 2 years of experience in calibration, repair, validation, qualification for equipment (Medical device / Pharma)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
- Availability to travel globally 70%
