Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to execute day-to-day operations in line with standard procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and serve food for counter service, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a well-stocked kitchen by replenishing ingredients as needed.
  • Contribute to kitchen preparation work and mise en place to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform regular stock checks and restock required ingredients to maintain efficiency.
  • Ensure all used service/kitchen tools, equipment and workstations are thoroughly cleaned and washed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
