We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to support our Value Added Services (VAS) and inbound daily operations.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of SGD 50,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring VAS operations, ensuring all reports required for labelling activities are generated successfully for outbound orders to be shipped on time. You will work closely with affiliates to resolve related master data issues for outbound orders and manage ANZ kitting orders processing.
You will also support Outbound and Quality teams to ensure effective and compliant labelling processes while meeting daily/monthly KPIs. Additionally, you will manage 3PL labelling operations by supervising activities in the labelling room; troubleshoot, investigate, and perform corrective action to resolve issues when required.
You will be responsible for raising Quality Issues (QI) in Trackwise/EtQ and completing investigations for the issues on time. Furthermore, you will support SOP document updates when required and rework processes which include placing orders for VAS packaging materials for rework process.
In addition, you will support end-to-end User Acceptance Testing in Loftware system for new labelling processes or negative testing during problem-root-cause analysis. If you have experience in Project management, Warehouse Operation, or Value added services operations, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of VAS operations and report any discrepancies to the team lead.
- Work closely with affiliates to resolve related master data issues for outbound orders.
- Manage ANZ kitting orders processing and ensure timely delivery.
- Support Outbound and Quality teams to ensure effective and compliant labelling processes.
- Investigate and resolve labelling issues promptly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain/Logistics.
- Experience in Project management, Warehouse Operation, or Value added services operations.
- Familiarity with SAP System and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
