Regional VIP Operations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Regional VIP Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating with ops to execute online events and activities that enhance localization and improve the quantity and quality of voice rooms.
Key responsibilities include managing KTV hosts, developing their performance, and creating long-term business relationships with them. You will also provide consistent follow-up until issues or concerns have been resolved, keeping management informed of the status of accounts, problems, plans, and meetings.
We are looking for someone who is fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin and has an understanding of Taiwanese communities. You should also be presentable, motivated, flexible, and problem-solving, with good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Preferred candidates will have experience in livestream business or the Internet industry, and a results-driven approach. Working hours are from 10am to 7:30pm, with the option to work from home and enjoy a 2-hour lunch break.
