Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Experience Team Lead to drive the design and delivery of impactful learning solutions across our organization. As a key member of our Talent Management team, you will be responsible for leading the development of core curriculum courses, working closely with business stakeholders to identify training needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Your expertise in Learning & Development, combined with your passion for facilitation and delivery, will enable you to make a significant impact on our employees' skills and knowledge. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from designing and delivering programs to managing vendors and partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree as a minimum
  • Minimum of 7 years professional experience in Learning & Development, or Talent Management or HR
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing learning content
  • Experience in and passion for facilitation and delivery of learning interventions, in person and online
  • Strong project and learning program management skills
  • Excellent written, oral and positive influential interpersonal skills required
  • Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
