About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the position of Associate Finance Director (Business Financial Planning and Analysis) at NCS Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and budgeting support across all 12 account tribes, as well as global business units (e.g., Hong Kong).

You will also contribute towards strategic business planning and profitability enhancement by reviewing key financial metrics at the Gov+ level, identifying risks and opportunities across the Strategic Business Group (SBG) to ensure early alerts of potential risks or upsides.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 12-15 years of relevant working experience in financial analysis and management reporting
  • Experience as a commercial analyst has an added advantage
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good basic understanding of accounting standards
  • Good working knowledge of SAP and data visualization (Tableau) software will be an added advantage
  • Understand the new accounting standards on revenue recognition and capitalization
  • Domain knowledge of ICT industry
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges, and able to act as change agent for the company
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Degree in Accounting and/or professional certifications (ACCA / CA)
