Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our automotive film distribution business. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in the industry and be able to provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, and oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth and profitability in the PPF market.
    • Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies to expand our presence in the industry.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales, marketing, and operational performance.
  • Business Development & Sales
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH B2B CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS.
    • DEVELOP AND EXECUTE SALES STRATEGIES TO MAXIMIZE REVENUE AND PROFITABILITY.
    • NEGOTIATE CONTRACTS AND PARTNERSHIPS TO ENSURE COMPETITIVE PRICING AND SERVICE LEVELS.
  • Marketing & Brand Development
    • LEAD THE DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE MARKETING CAMPAIGNS TO GROW AWARENESS AND DRIVE SALES.
    • ESTABLISH A STRONG BRAND PRESENCE IN THE INDUSTRY THROUGH DIGITAL PLATFORMS, EVENTS, AND TRAINING PROGRAMS.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Operations & Supply Chain
    • OVERSEE SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE TIMELY AND EFFICIENT DISTRIBUTION.
    • IMPLEMENT OPERATIONAL BEST PRACTICES TO OPTIMIZE EFFICIENCY AND REDUCE COSTS.
    • ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH QUALITY STANDARDS AND CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS WITH GLOBAL SUPPLIERS.
  • Financial & Organizational Management
    • OVERSEE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT TO ENSURE THE HEALTH AND SUSTAINABILITY OF THE BUSINESS.
    • DEVELOP AND MANAGE BUDGETS, FORECASTING, AND REPORTING PROCESSES.
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across sales, marketing, operations, and customer support.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • MINIMUM 10–15 YEARS OF LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE AFTERMARKET, DISTRIBUTION, OR SPECIALTY FILM INDUSTRY.
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SCALING SALES AND BUILDING STRONG B2B DEALER/INSTALLER NETWORKS.
  • EXPERIENCE IN MARKETING STRATEGY, BRAND MANAGEMENT, AND DIGITAL CHANNELS.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial acumen with full P&L management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of automotive paint protection film, window films, or related coatings.
  • Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on operational management.
  • Ability to inspire, lead, and grow a multidisciplinary team.
