Key Responsibilities
  • System Implementation
    • Lead the implementation of business systems that support our supply chain management and turnkey manufacturing operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and deployment.
  • Team Leadership
    • Manage a team of engineers and developers to provide level 1 and 2 support for our business systems.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Business Analysis
    • Conduct business analysis to identify areas for process improvement and system enhancements.
    • Develop and implement systematic and structured processes to ensure continued sustenance of implemented systems.
  • Project Planning and Control
    • Develop and manage project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of business systems.
    • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience
    • At least 8 years of working experience, with 5 years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
    • Proven experience in leading IT implementation or development projects, preferably in supply chain management or turnkey manufacturing.
  • Critical Knowledge
    • In-depth knowledge of integrated business applications systems, specifically in the areas of supply chain management, third-party fulfillment, or turnkey manufacturing.
    • Understanding and experience in system implementation process and system support activities and processes.
    • Familiarity and experience with business applications systems maintenance and the associated activities and challenges.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Project planning and control skills to enable expedient rollout of salient business systems.
    • Ability to develop systematic and structured processes to ensure continued sustenance of implemented systems.
    • Good communication and leadership skills.

  • Business Applications Systems
    • Knowledge and experience with SAP ERP systems.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
    • Experience with business intelligence and data analytics tools.
