About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer experience initiatives. As Regional Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for driving excellence in customer satisfaction, advocacy, and retention across various regions.


Responsibilities
  • Capture the Voice of the Customer: Act as the champion of customer needs internally, ensuring their expectations are met across departments.
  • Elevate Service Performance: Monitor and analyze agreed customer satisfaction metrics, develop action plans to enhance service delivery, and implement process improvements.
  • Forge Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams to streamline processes, reduce errors, and amplify communication along the logistics chain.
  • Be a Leadership Catalyst: Influence different parts of the organization to set CX goals and coach performance.
  • Nurture Client Relationships: Build long-term relationships with customers through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and proactive service enhancements.
  • Digital Transformation: Collaborate with technology teams to improve customer portals, tracking systems, and digital interfaces that boost usability and transparency.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate workshops and coaching to elevate CX maturity across the organization.
