We are seeking an ambitious HR Generalist to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Tengah. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including recruitment, pre-onboarding arrangements, and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment: Preparing job descriptions, posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, conducting reference checks, and notifying candidates of interview outcomes.
  • Pre-onboarding Arrangements: Pre-employment check-ups and other necessary preparations.
  • Administrative Duties: Updating HR records, checking invoices, filing, and other general administrative tasks.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications and skills:

  • A min. Diploma in HR or Business Administration.
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, written, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and an initiative for problem-solving.
  • Preferably with 2 years of working experience in Human Resource.
Salary and Benefits:
