Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize RPA bots to download and split billing reports, process Workday invoices, and prepare invoice mapping files.
  • Address agency queries and resolve disputes related to invoices or billing processes.
  • Collaborate with WOG contractors, billing team, product teams, and ITSM to follow up on agency disputes and queries.
  • Work with RPA vendors to troubleshoot bot issues, submit service requests, define requirements, and conduct UAT for bot enhancements.
  • Manage Monthly Data plan Billing.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Business Admin or related field
  • Must have expertise in RPA bots and a solid understanding of their functionality.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA bots, such as UI Path, is advantageous.
  • Due to the dynamic nature of bot-related issues, the individual must be able to interpret error messages and resolve problems independently.
  • The role requires meticulous attention to detail when managing large volumes of data for over 50 agencies, ensuring invoice accuracy through handling multiple Excel files.
  • Must work independently to review multiple Excel files, collaborate with various stakeholders, investigate disputes, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with individuals at all levels in a professional manner.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Experience in the Government sector
