  • Lead multiple projects involving process characterisation, experimental design, planning, supervising and advising studies;
  • Plan own time and prioritise lab work for self and project teams with minimal input from supervisor to deliver project goals;
  • Conduct and interpret studies as Study Director, responsible for planning, conducting, analysis, documentation and reporting of results;
  • Develop and manage relationships with external customers and teams at contract testing laboratories;
  • Deliver high-quality communication to ensure an outstanding customer experience;

The ideal candidate has a degree/PhD in a relevant Science field or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years' work experience in the relevant field or PhD/postdoctoral/industrial experience.

Expertise in purification process development, process characterisation and/or viral clearance is essential, along with strong understanding of GMP regulations and regulatory expectations.
