**What you will do**
- Has basic knowledge and understanding of mammalian purification process
- Compile and maintain process data tracker.
- Analyze process data using tools such as excel, minitab, JMP, SIMCA
- Review process trends and integrate data/information into plans and recommendations.
- Verify data in technical reports, spreadsheets and regulatory filings
- Author technical protocols or reports for experiment studies; technical and product impact assessments for commercial support of deviations / change controls
- Collaborate with representatives from other functions and sites to support process investigation and improvement
- Organize and conduct meetings: Actively generates and presents data/conclusions at internal team and cross functional meetings
- May be required to execute the small-scale purification process while ensuring safe operation of PD activities in laboratory are followed under scientist supervision

- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering and 2 years of directly related experience OR
- Associate’s Degree in Science or Engineering and 4 years of directly related experience OR
- High School Diploma in Science or Engineering / GED and 6 years of directly related experience
- Relevant work experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries
- Experience with regulated environments (i.e. cGMP) required
- Possess basic understanding of biologics and chemical engineering principles
- Independently motivated but also work well in team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience related to downstream purification is a plus
- Able to elevate relevant issues to project lead and line management
