Role Overview:

The System Analyst will play a crucial role in the comprehensive implementation of the MLS system. This position requires collaboration with Architects, Security, and Development Leads to ensure that the solution design adheres to enterprise design principles, as well as security and control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with application teams across various regions to develop enhancements based on the technical solution plan.
  • Analyze user requirements and translate them into design documents and other system documentation to capture essential design decisions.
  • Plan technical deliverables and execute design and development tasks to meet project requirements within established timelines.
  • Conduct data mapping and process mapping with interfacing applications.
  • Identify and escalate issues affecting project schedules promptly, while proposing effective workarounds and resolutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions.
  • Test, maintain, and recommend software improvements to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with production support teams to perform root cause analysis of issues and review both new and existing code, including unit testing.
  • Work alongside Test Management teams to ensure successful completion of SIT, UAT, performance/load testing, and application security testing.
  • Prepare test cases and test data in collaboration with other application teams and business users prior to UAT and Mock Run environments.
  • Manage project change request approvals and deployment schedules.
  • Provide technical and testing support before and after production deployment.
  • Coordinate with various IT and Business units within the organization.
  • Oversee external vendors to ensure project delivery aligns with schedules.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficient knowledge in networking, firewall management, data migration, password encryption, SSO integration, and disaster recovery planning/testing.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and manage large volumes of data.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Hadoop ecosystem and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases or Big Data technologies.
  • Experience with Control-M and JIRA.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Confluence.
