Senior Recreation Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sports and Recreation department as a Sports Recreation Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reception counter at the Sports Complex, attending to members' enquiries regarding the sports facilities and sports events, and administering Sports and Recreation activities on a daily basis.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Managing the reception counter at the Sports Complex
2. Attending to members' enquiries regarding the sports facilities and sports events
3. Administration of Sports and Recreation activities on a daily basis
4. Liaising and corresponding with section sub-committee(s) on the preparation of regular games & activities
5. Daily inspection of the respective facilities under their assigned sports committees
6. Providing support across the sport and recreation sections as and when is required
7. Any other tasks that may be assigned by the Senior S&R Manager or supervisor.
