We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Delivery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered efficiently and safely to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick and check that correct products are loaded into the vehicle for delivery.
  • Collect, consolidate and arrange goods in the warehouse to ensure items are correct.
  • Ensure products are loaded before delivery.
  • Keep the vehicle clean and safe.
  • Collect payments from customers at the time of delivery.
  • Perform product setup for customers, including disposal if necessary.
  • Work with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns.
  • Perform vehicle inspections before and after each trip.
  • Ensure accurate documentation is maintained and handed over to the warehouse manager.
  • Be prepared to cover other jobs assigned to ensure job fulfillment.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Report any accidents or injuries to supervisors immediately.

Requirements

  • Physically fit to carry heavy loads throughout the day.
  • Able to perform simple installations of electrical and electronic appliances.
  • Able to speak and understand basic English.
  • Able to work on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Off-in-lieu when working on public holidays.
  • Relevant working experience in a store or warehouse environment is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work overtime which may extend up to 12 midnight.
  • Able to commence work immediately within short notice.
