Delivery Team Member Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Delivery Team Member. This role involves coordinating with delivery drivers to ensure smooth goods handling and delivery at customers' premises.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, be physically fit, and possess strong customer service skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To coordinate with the delivery driver to ensure proper goods handling and delivery at customer's premise.
  • To ensure proper checks on company products to ensure accuracy of order deliveries.
  • To make sure that the goods are loaded securely and will not move or get damaged in transit.
  • To ensure safety guidelines are adhered to for products and at customer's premise.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Goods Handling: The ability to safely handle and transport goods is essential for this role.
  • Physical Fitness: The ability to lift weights of up to 30kg is required.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to provide top-notch customer service.
