Strategic Communications Lead

Overview: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Strategic Communications Lead to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for crafting and implementing effective communication strategies that support our business goals. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling narratives and visual stories that drive engagement and results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Craft compelling content, including written materials, presentations, and visual assets, to engage various audiences.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and develop targeted messaging.
  • Collaborate with external partners to leverage their expertise and resources in support of our communications efforts.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in communications, copywriting, or strategic messaging, with a focus on leadership communications.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and strategic content from complex information.
  • Strong experience in creating and designing presentations, with the ability to transform complex data into clear, engaging visual stories.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to connect dots between various pieces of information, interpret data and qualitative insights, and develop coherent narratives for a wide range of audiences.
