Leadership and Team Development
  • Foster ongoing growth and development of team members through direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career path guidance.
  • Provide team members with recognition, gap assessment, and performance documentation to support their career and personal growth.
  • Develop, maintain, and disseminate product knowledge through effective communication channels.
Guest Experience and Service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences, prioritizing guests' time by assessing needs, providing technical product education, and supporting in-store transactions and omnichannel programs.
  • Interact with guests to understand their unique needs and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
  • Offer technical product education by highlighting the value and benefits of products.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues effectively.
Teamwork and Collaboration
  • Cultivate a respectful and inclusive team environment by embracing differences and promoting a supportive experience for all team members and guests.
  • Build productive relationships with team members and collaborate to ensure optimal guest experiences and efficient store operations.
Store Operations
  • Lead sales floor teams, planning coverage and making decisions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze business data and metrics to evaluate progress toward goals and determine necessary adjustments.
  • Manage opening and closing tasks according to checklists.
  • Maintain product presentation standards.
  • Assign cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a luxurious store environment.
Requirements
  • Meet eligibility requirements for working in the assigned store's jurisdiction.

Key Responsibilities: Directly responsible for a subset of store employees on the sales floor or as delegated by Store Manager.
