Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our sales floor team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve sales targets, managing day-to-day sales operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales growth and profit targets by maintaining up-to-date store information and product knowledge.
  • Stationed on the sales floor during operation hours to lead and motivate sales staff and promoters to carry out their duties effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure that the sales area, fitting rooms, stock rooms, showcases, and fixtures are always clean and tidy.
  • Conduct On-The-Job training to coach staff on service etiquettes, selling techniques, merchandise knowledge, grooming standards, and provide POS training.
  • Effective planning of monthly staff rosters for department manager's approval.
  • Handle and resolve customers' enquiries and complaints expeditiously.
