Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Drone Training and Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to drone students at various skill levels, ensuring they are well-prepared to operate drones safely and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging theoretical and practical training aligned with aviation standards.
  • Lead flight demonstrations and assessments at designated training sites.
  • Provide clear instruction on drone safety, flight planning, airspace classification, meteorology, and emergency procedures.
  • Adapt training methods to suit individual learning styles and skill levels.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide detailed feedback and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Certified drone piloting license (UAPL cert with no limitations category preferred).
  • Experience delivering structured drone training or relevant experience is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varied conditions for practical sessions.
