Mathematics Instructor and Management Trainee

We are seeking an exceptional mathematics instructor and management trainee to contribute to our educational institution's growth. This full-time role involves delivering outstanding mathematics instruction to primary school students, as well as gaining exposure to business management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver engaging mathematics lessons to primary school students
-Monitor student progress and provide individualised support to ensure academic success
-Collaborate with teaching colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
-Contribute to the development of teaching materials and resources
-Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
-Assist with administrative tasks and business operations as part of a management trainee programme

Required Skills and Qualifications:

-Singaporeans only
-MUST be able to commit long term (at least till Dec 2026)
-Diploma or relevant certificate may apply
-Able to teach up to Preschool
-Primary/Secondary is a plus point but not a must
-No work experience required. Willingness to learn is a MUST
-Applicants must be willing to work in AMK/HOUGANG/PUNGGOL
-Must be able to work as a team
-Additional related experience such as skills in training/teaching students would be an advantage but NOT a MUST

Desirable Skills:

-Competency in Math & English is required, ability to communicate in Chinese will be a plus point
-Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; and the passion to co-operate with children, Centre's personnel and parents
-Energetic and fun loving personality
-Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain mathematical concepts effectively
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Passion for education and a commitment to student success
-Adaptability and a willingness to take on additional business management responsibilities
