Barista Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team as a Service Crew Member. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to customers' enquiries and provide prompt responses
  • Explain the concept of Matcha and educate guests on our menu and related topics
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks in a fast-paced environment
  • Set up and clear down operations efficiently
  • Receive and check inventory and perishables to maintain high standards
  • Report to outlet manager and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in F&B industry or relevant field
  • Able to work weekends and public holidays with flexibility
