  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, adhering to standardized recipes and techniques to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Maintain the work area, including service counters and dining spaces, in a clean and organized state. Adhere to health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash registers and maintaining proper change levels.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours, communicating effectively with colleagues and superiors.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, seeking feedback and embracing continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling.
