Lead Educator - Island-Wide

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the educational programs at our preschool centers across the island. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, while fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.

Responsibilities
  • Determine compliance with regulatory requirements from local agencies and implement necessary measures
  • Collaborate with agencies to meet these requirements
  • Mentor teachers to enhance collaborative approaches to learning, teaching, and evaluation, resulting in improved performance standards and competencies
  • Provide leadership in setting overall goals for the school, serving as a basis for curriculum objectives
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring effective expenditure control
  • Cash management, including tuition fee collection and disbursement
  • Maintain accurate records of income and expenditures
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management and the board
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership required
  • Proven experience in teaching and preferably management in a preschool setting
  • Creative and inspiring individual with a loving approach
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
