Food Production Manager Job Description

The Food Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily food production activities. This includes supervising and managing a team of production staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, planning and scheduling production to meet demand, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with procurement teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise daily food production activities
  • Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP, SFA) and hygiene standards
  • Plan and schedule production to meet demand

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food production or manufacturing
