Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving agency travel portfolio growth through strategic partnerships with our agency partners. You will develop and implement sales and business development strategies to consistently achieve revenue targets and support agency recruitment activities to achieve recruitment targets and revenue. Additionally, you will establish strong partnerships with our agency partners and facilitate agency campaigns, training, product launches, and event initiatives to steer revenue growth in the target segment and product.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field preferred
* At least 3 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry, preferably in the General Insurance industry with travel agency business
* Strong network of agents within the insurance industry
* Familiarity with general insurance products (travel preferred) with a proven sales track record
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to engage effectively with agents
* Driven, resourceful, and possess strong influencing ability across a diverse group of stakeholders
* Possession of relevant insurance certifications (e.g., BCP, PGI, ComGI)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to track and analyze performance data
