About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled professional to work in floristry. The role involves creating stunning floral arrangements and bouquets that meet customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Floral Arrangement: Assist in crafting and arranging floral displays, including hand bouquets, table flowers, centerpieces, and hampers.
  • Flower Preparation: Condition fresh flowers and maintain flower shop cleanliness to ensure optimal freshness and appearance.
  • Delivery and Setup: Deliver flower arrangements and set up floral displays as required, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintenance and Inventory: Perform daily routine maintenance and inventory checks to ensure good condition of flowers and materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of floristry experience with a professional certification in floristry, horticulture, floral design, or landscape architecture.
  • Customer Service: Experience working in a customer service or florist-related industry is an added advantage.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, possess great knowledge of floral designs, flowers, and foliage, and apply basic Microsoft Office skills to generate reports.
