Job Description

The Campus Recruitment Executive will oversee the entire internship process, encompassing document collection, onboarding, clearance, records management, and offboarding.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Internship Programs: Coordinate the internship process from start to finish.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling, candidate records, onboarding, and recruitment-related administrative tasks.
  • Data & Records Management: Review, clean, verify, and maintain HR datasets and employee records across systems to ensure accuracy.
  • Career Fairs & Outreach: Provide logistical support for career fairs and outreach events.
  • HR Administrative Support: Serve as a covering officer for HR Business Partnership matters, including maintaining employee files, updating records, and handling related administrative duties.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A diploma in Human Resource Management (or relevant HR experience for non-diploma holders).
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in HR administration, recruitment, internship, or data management within government agencies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel; knowledge of RPA, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
