As a seasoned executive, you will lead the charge in driving operational excellence and process improvement across all functional areas of our organization.

About the Role

This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing group-wide continuous improvement programs aligned with our company's strategic objectives. You will drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and data dashboards to monitor, report, and review operational performance
  • Leverage productivity metrics and performance measurements to achieve operational delivery at the highest standards
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement, drive growth, and performance
  • Drive deep dives of defects in operations and resolve issues at root cause through thorough diagnostic investigation and effective solutioning
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Mastery of Lean Management, Six Sigma, Value-Stream Mapping, Kaizen, or other Operations Excellence tools
  • Proven experience in a similar role and setup, with focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and change management
  • Strong knowledge of the service/processing/manufacturing/aviation industry, with a proven track record in conceptualization, devising strategies, and roll-out of company-wide Operations Excellence programs
