We are seeking a motivated and organized Procurement Intern to join our team for an exciting internship opportunity.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for updating purchasing records, data, and pricing into the system. They will also prepare and process purchase orders, fill out all purchasing documents, and maintain records for the Purchasing Department. Additionally, they will collate and submit purchasing documents such as supplier invoices, POs, and DOs to the Finance Department, liaise with the Finance Department on payment matters, and coordinate with Store and vendor on cancelled or damaged items.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement and develop valuable skills that can be applied in a real-world setting. The internship period is 6 months, and successful applicants must commit to at least a 3-month internship during this time.
