About the Job
This position reports to the Assistant Director, Innovation Programmes, and works closely with Programme Managers to advance centre objectives. You will drive ecosystem development through platforms such as Innovation microsites, Showcases, and Day, connecting solutionists with enterprise users.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement plans to proliferate adoption of proven learning innovations.
- Drive ecosystem development through platforms such as Innovation microsites, Showcases, and Day.
- Develop and implement initiatives to support enterprises in adopting and integrating learning solutions.
- Lead community-building efforts to attract high-quality grant applicants.
- Curate engaging content for microsites and other media platforms.
- Contribute to programme development and enhancement to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Innovation, Business Management, Education Technology, or Learning Sciences.
- Minimally 5-8 years of experience in education and adult learning sectors or related roles in Business Development, Corporate Development, Strategic Planning.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Prior experience in Training and Adult Education is highly preferred.
