Senior Campaign Coordinator

The position of Assistant Manager, Event offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our marketing efforts. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and maintenance of campaign systems and automation tools.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure accuracy and consistency in awarding, usage, and expiration of loyalty points.
- Liaising with IT and relevant business units to ensure the appropriate management, accessibility, and integrity of marketing data.
You will also be responsible for assisting the Director/Assistant Director in managing campaign systems and automation tools, as well as providing insights to the Business Development team on targeted member segments.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably in event management or marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and leverage insights to drive marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
