Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Operations Coordinator to play a vital role in bringing our brand to life through strategic events and engaging campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create compelling content for event promotions and digital outreach.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or event planning. Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, liaising with vendors, and overseeing logistics to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution. You will also develop and curate engaging email campaigns for our patient community and monitor and report on key metrics for events and campaigns.
To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events from concept to completion, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful delivery.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create compelling content for event promotions and digital outreach.
- Operational Oversight: Manage project timelines, liaise with vendors, and oversee logistics to ensure timely and efficient campaign execution.
- Community Engagement: Develop and curate engaging email campaigns for our patient community.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics for events and campaigns.
- Special Projects: Support the Marketing Manager with ad hoc initiatives that align with broader marketing and business objectives.
