Job Title: Public Relations Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage public relations and promote a positive image of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective public relation programmes to meet project objectives, managing feedbacks and complaints from the public, coordinating with the project team to arrange meetings and disseminate information to the public, and preparing regular reports on feedbacks and complaints received and actions taken against them.

The role requires a minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent with at least 3 years' working experience as a PRO in the construction industry. Experience in civil construction industry is an added advantage. We are looking for an analytical and meticulous individual able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement public relation programmes to meet project objectives.
  • Manage feedbacks and complaints from the public, providing full support on all press and public relations matters.
  • Coordinate with the project team to arrange meetings and disseminate information to the public.
  • Prepare regular reports on feedbacks and complaints received and actions taken against them.

Requirements:
