The candidate will receive specimens and enter test orders into the LIS, ensuring alignment between patient information and specimen details.
Test Preparation
The candidate will prepare test media and reagents required for analytical procedures.
The Laboratory Specialist will perform all in-house laboratory tests in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), familiarize themselves with workflows and technical benchwork across all laboratory sections, and participate in the evaluation and implementation of new instrumentation and test methodologies.
Laboratory Testing
