We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Operations Manager to join our team at Rhenus SE & Co. KG.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of monthly journals, daily data entries, and processes in the areas of Account Receivables, Account Payables, banking, month-end closing, and quarterly GST reporting.

In this role, you will also be processing cheque and online payments, system updates of local Accounts Payable payment vouchers, posting and review of vendor invoices, reconciliation of vendor monthly Statements of Accounts, and preparation of monthly payment cycles.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for monthly and weekly Accounts Receivable follow-up to customers, coordination with cross-functional departments, monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet items, and assistance in monthly and year-end audits, including audits for certifications such as ISO and TISAX.

You will also ensure proper filing of daily transactions, perform other finance/accounting tasks as required, oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment for all staff, manage and maintain inventories of office supplies, coordinate the purchasing of office equipment, track, issue, and maintain company devices, and support the maintenance of a safe and compliant office environment.
