The ideal candidate for this role will be a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management Professional.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the flow of goods from procurement to product labeling and returns, ensuring accuracy, quantity, and condition upon arrival. They will also accurately enter all purchased items into the inventory software, maintain error-free stock records, consult with directors to finalize rates for each product, create and update rate details, print and attach product labels with accurate pricing and item information, and ensure each item is properly labeled before dispatch or display.

Furthermore, they will handle and record all returned products from customers, updating returned stock in the system promptly and accurately.

To excel in this role, the successful candidate must possess strong attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in using inventory or ERP software, effective communication skills for coordination with directors and team members, basic computer skills including MS Excel and printing software, and the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

This is a full-time position that offers benefits such as Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day with fixed shifts, and additional bonuses may be provided based on performance.
