Inventory Management Professional

Key Responsibilities:
">- Communicate and liaise with suppliers for delivery confirmation to purchase orders.
- Update and manage confirmed dates into the enterprise resource planning system.
- Ensure suppliers' commitments to deliveries are fulfilled, maintaining a 'Delivered In Full On Time' standard.
- Prepare goods receipt documents timely for a smooth goods receipt process.
- Collaborate with warehouse and engineering teams to ensure successful goods receipt and pre-delivery processes.
Effective Planning and Execution:
">- Plan and execute inventory management-related tasks and activities seamlessly.
- Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels through effective inventory planning and coordination.
- Resolve inventory issues promptly.
Inventory Management Leadership:
">- Oversee daily inventory management activities encompassing document, information, product, and operations workflows.
- Lead the achievement of all inventory management-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as determined by corporate operations and management.
Purchase Order Management:
">- Manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with inventory management and purchasing policies.
- Verify order/justification forms in alignment with inventory management standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Review and update purchase orders regarding pricing, delivery dates, and revisions to facilitate smooth downstream processes.
Inventory Reconciliation and Reporting:
">- Support physical inventory count and reconciliation of count results.
- Provide regular reports, analysis, and updates to support management and cross-functional teams.
Professional Development:
">- Continuously challenge processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Reduce cycle time and optimize cost.
