Facilities Operations Specialist

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a workplace, ensuring that facilities are maintained and cleaned to a high standard, and that equipment is in good working order. This includes managing facilities, security, and supervising a team of support staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordination of moves, adds, and changes (MAC)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage daily operations of the workplace
- Track and update FM asset inventories
- Respond to work orders and complaints promptly
- Diploma in Facilities Management or related field
- 4–6 years of professional experience in facilities management
- Strong Facilities Technical knowledge and experience
This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure. The successful candidate will be proactive, able to handle manual duties, and perform regular facilities inspections. Knowledge and experience in computer systems, including Microsoft Windows and Office operating systems, are also essential.
The ideal candidate will be able to work flexible hours, occasional weekends, and evenings. A must-have skill is being responsive to emergency calls outside of working hours and acting as the first responder to EMS system alerts.
