About the Role

This is a vital position for individuals who want to develop policies and frameworks that drive AV deployment across the country.

You'll be part of a high-impact team working on cutting-edge transportation technologies and policy development.

  • Develop and implement strategies, policies, and regulatory frameworks to support AV deployment
  • Engage stakeholders to co-create a unified AV roadmap aligned with national goals
  • Review and recommend updates to existing legislation to support the safe integration of AVs
  • Support trial requests, deployment assessments, and compliance reporting
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot deployment challenges, and ensure alignment with evolving tech trends
  • Translate complex technical information into actionable policy recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on national roadmaps and ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Business, Public Policy, Law, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, or policy work
  • Familiarity with AV technology or new/emerging tech policy is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across functions
  • Strong systems thinking and analytical ability to draw insights from complex issues
