Transport Security Policy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead the development of transport security and emergency preparedness policies, doctrines and plans covering aviation, maritime and land transport.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging local stakeholders and international partners on transport security issues relevant to the development of holistic transport security policies and approaches.
Responsibilities include organising, managing and participating in transport and transport security events, as well as assisting and managing in various other strategic and transport policy and development work.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should be a Singapore citizen with a keen interest in transport security and emergency preparedness.
A strong understanding of policies, operations and response protocols is essential. Applicants with working experience in policy or operational positions would also be considered.
You should possess good analytical and writing skills, be able to appreciate and understand issues from the strategic perspective, as well as be able to comprehend and coordinate operational details.
A team player who can build good working relations with all levels, while at the same time being able to function as an independent worker and work under pressure.
