We are seeking a highly skilled CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST FOR BRAND EXCELLENCE to join our Marketing team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Brand Custodian: Be responsible for maintaining the brand image and reputation of PSB Academy and its partners/joint ventures locally and regionally.
  • Communications Strategies: Develop and execute local and regional communications strategies to grow media share of voice in both traditional and new media.
  • Media Relations: Build and manage relationships with key news media as relevant influencers/KOLs.
  • Public Relations Agency Management: Work with and manage relationships with Public Relations agencies and other vendors/partners to ensure positive outcomes aligned to communications objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include:

  • Maintaining a strong brand image and reputation.
  • Growing media share of voice in both traditional and new media.
  • Buidling and managing relationships with key news media.
  • Ensuring positive outcomes from Public Relations agency collaborations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of related Brand, Communications, Public Relations, Social Media and Content Management experience.
  • Creative thinking and curiosity to push new angles.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
  • Basic knowledge in design tools such as Photoshop and AI is advantageous.
  • Experience with tools such as Hub Spot and any social listening tools is advantageous.
  • Able to multitask with good time and project management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player who can work independently.
  • Experience in the Education/Service industry or Public Relations/Digital Agency is preferred.
