Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Coatings Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary. You will also select and mix paint colors to match specifications and apply paint to surfaces using a spray gun.

As a Coatings Specialist, you will ensure that paint is applied evenly and without drips or runs. You will monitor drying times and make adjustments as necessary to achieve the best possible results. Additionally, you will clean and maintain spray guns and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standard. This requires excellent communication skills and the ability to follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
