We are seeking a skilled Electronic Engineer to join our team as a PCB Layout Specialist. This is a critical role that requires expertise in designing and modifying printed circuit boards (PCBs) with attention to detail.
Job Description:- Create and modify PCB designs using CAD tools such as Cadence Allegro and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical and hardware engineers, and manufacturing specialists from concept to schematic, to layout and assembly.
- Host design reviews with stakeholders.
- Peer review drawings done by other CAD team members.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement changes to existing documentation based on input from engineering and the manufacturing teams.
- Review BOMs and drawings as they are transferred from engineering to manufacturing to ensure correctness and all documentation is transferred properly.
- BSE Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience with at least 10+ years in PCB design, including high-speed and multilayer boards.
- Proficiency with CAD tools such as Cadence Allegro and AutoCAD.
- Extensive knowledge of DFX and PCB manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to work efficiently, effectively manage timelines and expectations, and produce high-quality deliverables.
