Sweet Flavor Development Specialist

Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking an experienced Flavor Development Specialist to join our innovative research and development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating new sweet flavor formulations based on market trends and consumer preferences, ensuring flavor harmony, stability, and applicability.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Flavor Development: Create innovative sweet flavor formulations that meet market demands while adhering to quality standards.
  2. Formula Optimization: Analyze and improve existing sweet flavor formulations to enhance flavor performance and cost efficiency.
  3. Market Research: Participate in market research to identify new trends and innovation opportunities in sweet flavors.
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from concept to market launch.
  5. Laboratory Management: Maintain laboratory equipment and environment, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Biochemistry, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sweet flavor industry or a related field.
  3. Strong knowledge of sweet flavor ingredients, flavor chemistry, and food industry standards.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
